Happy Family. Mary Jane, Ronnie, Sarah, & Luke Humphries. Katie is not born yet, but she is here. Picture taken on 4-15-90. Katie was born a couple of months later 6-16-90. Taken in my mom and dads backyard. The tree right behind us is now huge! I love my family!
One big happy family! The Humphries family together at our home. Luke, Ronnie (Dad), Katie, Mary Jane (Mom), and Sarah Jane. Had lots of good times in this dining room. The most important thing in the world to me has always been my family! :)
Happy Dad and Mom - Sarah Jane's birth. Glad to say I was present at the birth of all my children! And of course Mary Jane was their also. Ha. Mom even beautiful right after giving birth! The four most happy days of my life were the birth of my children Luke, Sarah, and Katie, and the day of my marriage. I try and focus on the positive things! Would love to relive all of these moments.
Humphries family reunion at Uncle Caps and Aunt Maurenes. Not sure what year this was. Guess my kids had not come along yet. Mary Jane and I both had our boots on. These were some early but happy days. Many of these good folks have now passed on, but great memories from these days.
Humphries brothers families! Left to right - Lee Ann, Curt, Jeff, Grandma (Edith) Chad, Sarah Jane, Katie Brooke, Mary Jane, Ronnie and Luke. These were some happy times. Wish I could live these days again. A Happy picture for me.
Cal and Edith Humphries - My dad and Mom. Could not have been any luckier than to have had them for a father and mother. They stuck together through thick and thin, tough times and good times, and were totally dedicated to giving us a happy and loving home. Good example of what I would call exemplary parents. While going through tough times like all couples do they were totally dedicated to keeping the family happy and together, and worked through their problems together. They were a couple who took their marriage vows seriously, and were together until separated by death. My dad and mom were willing to sacrifice whatever they needed to for the family. Thanks Dad and Mom for all you did for us, and for giving us such a happy and stable environment to be raised in! All children cannot claim as much. Thanks again for being what all parents should be to their children. Miss you.
